This website is an independent, third-party hosted gateway. We are not owned, operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by ByteDance or its subsidiaries. "Seedance 2.0" is the name of the underlying AI model developed by ByteDance; all trademarks belong to their respective owners. We relay user prompts through the Seedance 2.0 API in regions where ByteDance makes it available, and pass back the rendered videos.
Through our platform, you can submit text prompts, reference images, video clips, and audio clips to Seedance 2.0 and receive generated video outputs. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations, and to respect any usage restrictions imposed by ByteDance on the underlying Seedance 2.0 model.
Account Creation: To generate videos, buy credits, or view generation history, you must create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
User Responsibilities: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Seedance 2.0 has built-in content moderation. Prompts that violate ByteDance's policy are rejected before compute is spent. We additionally enforce our own abuse policy and may suspend accounts that repeatedly submit prohibited content.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of Seedance 2.0's outputs. ByteDance may update, modify, or discontinue Seedance 2.0 without notice; we have no control over the underlying model's behavior.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seedance 2.0 gateway operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service, or related to generated videos.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Seedance 2.0 gateway operator, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws in California, United States.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
