Relationship to ByteDance

This website is an independent, third-party hosted gateway. We relay your prompts to ByteDance's Seedance 2.0 API and return the generated video. Prompts and reference media are sent to ByteDance's infrastructure as part of delivering the service. ByteDance's own privacy handling of Seedance 2.0 inputs is governed by their policies, which we have no control over.

Information Collection and Use

We collect the following data to operate the Seedance 2.0 gateway:

1. Account Information (required to generate)

   • What We Collect: Name, email, and password (securely hashed), or Google OAuth identifier.
   • Purpose: Manage accounts, meter credit usage, store generation history, and provide support.

2. Usage Data

   • What We Collect: Text prompts, uploaded reference images, reference video clips, reference audio clips, selected aspect ratios and resolutions, render parameters, output metadata, download actions, usage frequency, and error logs.
   • Purpose: Deliver Seedance 2.0 renders, troubleshoot failures, improve the gateway, and aggregate anonymized usage patterns. Prompts are transmitted to ByteDance as part of each Seedance 2.0 API call.

3. Device Information

   • What We Collect: Device type, OS, browser type.
   • Purpose: Ensure compatibility and diagnose rendering issues.

4. Cookies

   • What We Collect: Session and persistent cookies.
   • Purpose: Keep you logged in, save preferences, and analyze site usage (e.g., Google Analytics). You can manage cookies in your browser.

5. Payment Information

   • What We Collect: Payment method details (handled securely by Stripe), billing address, and transaction history.
   • Purpose: Process credit purchases and manage subscriptions.

• Legal Compliance: If required by law, subpoena, or court order.

Your Rights
